Refund and Returns Policy


Overview

At AppYangu, our main business is providing digital subscription services. Because these are intangible digital goods, our refund policy is designed to protect both you and our ability to offer unbeatable prices.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, all sales are final once purchase is complete and access has been granted. Refunds are only issued in the following exceptional situations:

  • You purchased a subscription product in error (e.g., duplicate purchase).
  • The subscription product you purchased is defective, misrepresented, or not as described.
  • Technical issues on our end prevent activation or use of your subscription.

In such cases, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of your order and the issue experienced. Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • All digital subscription services once activated or accessed
  • Subscriptions after the billing period has started
  • Downloadable software products and codes
  • Any customized or personalized subscription options

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@appyangu.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of your issue. We review all claims carefully and will respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your payment provider’s processing times.

Exchanges

Since we only deal with digital subscriptions, product exchanges are generally not applicable. If you experience issues with your subscription, please reach out to our support for troubleshooting or a possible reset.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period. However, no refunds will be given for partial billing cycles already paid.
